All sold Items including India e-Visa fee once sell / submitted is non-refundable as the fee is for processing of the application and is not dependent on either Grant or Rejection of Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).

The information we gather when you set up an account on our site to provide customer services and product. We use that personal information to uniquely identify or contact you. Further that information is used to assist sellers in handling orders, products and services delivery, payment process, establish communication with you regarding orders,promotional offers,products and services.

Order Processing Time And Service Completion

It takes around 3-5 working days, starting from the next business day after you successfully place order, under normal circumstances (also depending on the Delivery Service).
In special visa applications, some additional documents may be required therefore the processing time can be longer than usual. In such cases, we will inform you by email or Delivery Service.

In Certains conditions India e-Visa are not available or product can not be Deliver

For India Visa Service you will got 100% refund and all paid fee on our site will be refunded to your account -

Not available to Diplomatic / Official Passport Holders or Laisser-passenger travel document holders.
Not available to individuals endorsed on Parent's / Spouse's Passport (each individual must have their own passport).
Not available to International Travel Document Holders.

Modification

We reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without any notice and your use of the website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

Payment through the third party (Financial Transactions)

In the website, we have integrated online payment tools, but here we accept payments with Paypal, payumoney, ccavenue as an electronic payment processor. For ease of payment, we accept credit cards, PayPal and direct bank transfer online. All credit card information, PayPal account is required to pay visa fees and will be transferred to our partners such as Paypal.com, and all your information protected. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions of the policy very carefully.
